We have two types of suite room: 

• Type 01: Street view with shower bathroom 

• Type 02: Back view with bathtub bathroom 

Rental price will be a little bit different for each type HOWEVER all of department services will be provided the same. 

Department services included:

• Free of charge: wifi, parking, security, laundry, cleaning and water fee.

• Laundry and cleaning service: Two times per week

• Drap-changing: Once a week

• Monthly electricity fee is 4,000VND/per kWh. Water fee 100,000VND/per person/per month.

•  We have seperate electricity measurement for each room.

• Extra fee from 2nd person (stay more than 3 nights) is 600,000VND/per month 

APARTMENT RULES

Guest access area

• The house has a smart lock entrance for all guests (24/7). 

• Please keep your card carefully. Otherwise you will be charged 250,000VND per lock card.

• Hanging and ironing area at the 5th floor 

• Elevator 

• Parking area

Other things to note

• The rental contract will be made between host and guest before check-in. Contract overview

• The room is only for one guest. The extra charge will be applied for more than 2 guests. 

• Pets are welcomed but any damaged furniture inside room and apartment will be charged an extra fee. 

• Pets are not allowed to affect the surrounding area. 

• There is a 24/24 camera system in the public areas for security purpose only.

• House keeping time working is from 8am to 2pm based on room schedule. 

• House keeping does not have any responsibility to take care pets.
